Debbie Young has been with Delaney & Melkonoff, P.C., since 1982, when she came to the firm from the social work agency now known as Advocates for the Disabled, Inc. She has functioned as Rod Melkonoff’s legal assistant since 1982, and as the office manager since 1990.
